PASSPORT OF SPECIALTY
21.06.02 - Fire Safety


1. Formula of specialty:
Science and engineering cover the fundamental, applied researches on fire safety and fire hazards impact on the environment, livelihoods and human health, which aim to protect against fire hazards.
2. Researches:
1. Investigation of fires and their characteristics (sources of ignition, conditions, threats, causes, beginning, the development of fire).Statistics and monitoring of fires. Development and improvement of methods for assessing fire risk and fire hazard standard indicators, identifying  and implement ways to improve the level of fire safety in the operation of facilities. Research and development of risks of fires and related opportunities of living beings harming, property and the environment. Fire designing, which is not connected with using of explosives and military weapons explosions is given.
2. Research opportunities and ways of improving the methodology and methods for assessing fire hazard of buildings, fire regulation. Theoretical basis and methods of study of fire regulation, fire protection requirements for the planning and construction of industrial facilities and settlements of buildings and structures, smoke protection of buildings, structures and other facilities fire protection, fire research structures are shown.
3. Investigation of fire and explosion hazard (combustibility, smoke ability, etc.) substances, materials, products (including electrical), man-made processes, facilities of different purposes.
4. Investigation of diffused, kinetic and detonated combustion, pyrolysis, charking, expansion of burning, expansion of fire, ignition, burning, self-ignition, self-heating, smouldering, blazing, identifying the factors that affect them, the processes and factors which stop burning is given. Retarding flammable gas environments is presented. Investigation of thermodynamics, mass - and heat transfer in a fire are researched. Identifying the impact of the type and ratios of components in the "flammable substance - oxidant - a source of ignition" on combustion processes and the impact factors and ratios of inhibition, deluting, cooling, insulating to the processes of interaction with the flame extinguishing agents. Development and improvement of fire extinguishing agents are given.
5 Theoretical basis and methods of study to develop fire-fighting equipment (fire trucks, fire equipment, fire-rescue devices, portable fire tools, personal protective firefighter, fire suppression systems, fire extinguishers, fire alarm means) are concerned. Methods of improving the efficiency and reliability of life-cycle of operation are given.
6. Research on the development of systems and components providing the fire protection facilities for various purposes, improving their reliability and efficiency are given. Methods of argumentation of organizational and technical fire protection (fire protection, fire safety systems, fire prevention systems, fire safety, fire protection requirements rationing, fire condition and treatment facilities, technical inspection, fire water system , fire-operative care, fire fighting, evacuation control systems, fire  rescue, gas and smoke security system breathing apparatus and personal protective equipment) are shown.
7. Development of theoretical foundations of standardization, unification and metrology for fire safety is given. Development and improvement of methods and techniques for testing and standardization of testing methods in the field of fire safety are searched. Ensuring unity of tests for fire safety is proposed.
8. Development and improvement of means of education and training as an element of fire safety is studied.

05.13.22 – Project Management


I. Formula of specialty:
Field of the science searching the connections and regularities within process of human, property, informational and other resources management during the life. Specialty does not include scientific results and searching the connections and regularities linked by man-mage process of forming design products in any sphere and management of these processes.
II. Tends of researches:
   1 Project Management Methodology.
   2. Programme and project portfolio.
   3. The phases of the project life cycle.
  4. Project management processes and programs.
   5 Elements of Program and Project Management: management of resources (human, material, etc.), integration of informational connections, context, time, purchases, quality and so on.
   6. Design and oriented organization and project management offices and programs.
   7. Knowledge management in projects and programs.

I. Formula of specialty:
It is the fields of pedagogical science that examines the purpose, content, tools, organizational forms and methods of vocational education.
The Trends scientific research in this specialty are defined as follows classified attributes in the object and subject of dissertation research. They is a prerequisite for this specialty.
Classification of specialty features:

I. Formula of specialty:
Specialty focused on the development of environmental monitoring and hardware monitoring of the environment, theoretical foundations and justification of environmental risk assessments, search and with their help create the best forms of environmental safety; study and justification of the degree of compliance with existing or predicted environmental conditions the task of preserving human health, sustainable social and environmental development and state-building; preserve and restore the environment.
II. Trends of research:
1. Justification theoretical foundations of technological risk assessments, development and search for them using the best forms of environmental safety.
2. Development of scientific methods of research comprehensive assessment is forecasting the impact of anthropogenic pollution on the environment and humans.
3. Improvement of existing and creation of new environmentally friendly manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure the rational use of natural resources, the observance of norms of harmful impact on the environment. Environmental audit, environmental management.
4. The study of the environmental situation around the nuclear, thermal power plants, mining companies and other dangerous objects; study and development of measures to improve this situation.
5. Development of environmental monitoring and technogenic and ecological safety regions, some ecosystems. Measures to stabilize and improve the environment.
6. Justification scientific principles of safe production, storage, processing technology, transportation, disposal, disposal of radioactive and other hazardous substances.

I. Formula of specialty:
Specialty covers theoretical and methodological framework and tools for the creation and use of information technologies in various fields of human activity; development of criteria and evaluation methods to ensure quality, reliability, fault tolerance, vitality of information technologies and systems as well as the principles and optimization models and methods of decision making under conditions of uncertainty when creating automated systems for various purposes; study patterns of building information communication and development of theoretical and applied principles of construction and implementation intelligent information technology to create new systems of accumulation, processing, information storage and management systems.
II. Trends of research:
1. Development of scientific and methodological bases of creation and application of information technology and information systems for automated information processing and management.
2. The development of information technology for analysis and synthesis of structural and functional information models of objects and processes that are automated.
3. The development of models and methods automate the functions and tasks of industrial and organizational management in conventional and multilevel structures based on the creation and use of new information technologies.
