September 28 and 29, 2021 Philology students and teachers of  Foreign Languages and Translation Department  took an active part in the EU-CHEM-REACT 2 International Field Exercise as interpreters for foreign experts and representatives of rescue services.

The main purpose of involving students and teachers of the Department in large-scale exercise is to improve communication skills and gain new experience through communication with  professionals using the vocabulary not typical  in everyday life.
Using English and Polish for a long time, students quickly adapted to the conditions and acquired knowledge while studying at Lviv State University of Life Safety. This experience will have a significant impact on students' development  in their field and will promote their self-improvement.
