10.09. during the work of studio associate professor of the department of practical psycology and pedagogy Phd Oleksandr Kutsyi hold a masterclass for the future psychologists the aim of which was to show the method developed by Berselli «TRE – tension and trauma realizing exercises».
The students and the teachers got to know the method of coping with psychic trauma and stress with the help of exercising and then relaxation, and also practiced it. Everything that students learned during the masterclass they would be able to use in their future work.
