Considering the importance of the development of scientific cooperation with foreign companies, which could potentially in the future be involved in projects to restore housing and critical infrastructure of Ukraine, destroyed during the war, a delegation of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine arrived in Poland.
At the invitation of the "POLFLAM" president Davyd Ulens, during August 7-9, representatives of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine visited the company "POLFLAM" in the city of Warsaw, the Republic of Poland.
The representative of the Lviv State University of Life Safety was the senior lecturer of the department of supervisory and preventive activities and fire automation, lieutenant colonel of the civil protection service Inna Onoshko.
During the meeting, organizational issues of preparation and holding of the upcoming international scientific conference were discussed, during which engineers and specialists from the European Union and Ukraine will present their achievements in the development of modern fire safety solutions for glass structures used in the latest architectural projects.
The aim of the visit was also to get acquainted with the production facilities of the above-mentioned company and to conduct full-scale tests of fire-resistant glass at its base in order to confirm the declared limit of fire resistance and check the compliance of the testing and certification methodology with the current standards of Ukraine.
