On February 3, 2017 a training exercise on "Tactics of Fire-extinguishing and Rescue Operations " discipline took place at the rescue station (Navariya Nova village, Pustomyty district, Lviv region) It was conducted by Assistant Professor of Fire Tactics and Rescue Operations Department Vasyl Loik and Assistant Professor of Fire Tactics and Rescue Operations Department Bohdan Shtayn together with experts from the Central Rescue Diving Service in Lviv region. Cadets of Educational and Scientific Institute of Fire and Technogenic Safety (5th year of study) took part in the training. They practiced rescue operations on water objects in winter using rescue equipment and machinery.
