English course results at LSULS

The 2nd, 3rd and 4th year students and cadets from the Fire safety and the Civil defense educational institutes, as well as scientific and pedagogical workers, completed the English course in 2023.
The preparation for taking the exam to determine the level of knowledge of the English language in order to obtain the B2 certificate, which is recognized by the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine for the awarding of academic titles of associate professor and professor, was completed by officers, scientific and pedagogical staff of the Lviv State University of Life Safety, the National Forestry University, the Lviv Ivan Franko National University, private individuals and employees of territorial divisions of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
During the reporting period, course manager Mariia Ivanchenko organized and conducted 5 sessions of the Pearson Online Placement Test, which was developed by specialists of the British publishing house Pearson and conforms to the Common European Recommendations for Language Education (CEFR).
In total, 39 participants passed the test and received B2 certificates.
