On November, 23 the University CFI (Club of the Funny and Inventive) team "Kytsiuni" took part in the qualifying festival within the 7th season of CFI Student League. The contest took place in the Hnat Khotkevych City Palace of Culture.

Jury of the contest had very sophisticated task because the game was attended by 18 teams from 8 universities. All the performances were bright and interesting. Our team managed to took the second place together with team from Lviv Polytechnic National University.

On November 24 the students of the first and the second year of study participated in a meeting with Taras Khoma, the narcologist of Lviv Regional Clinical Narcological Dispensary. The meeting was organized by the Sector of psychological support of our University.  Practitioner with long-term experience considered the main aspects of drug, alcohol and tobacco addiction prevention.

Pursuant to the departmental order #433 "On conducting of training session for labor safety experts of SES of Ukraine" thе session took place in Lviv State University of Life Safety. The participants of the session had an opportunity to get get acquainted with educational and material resources, history and achievements of the University. First aid regulations were studied and emergency first aid measures were practised.

On  November, 10-11 Director of Educational and Scientific Institute of Psychology and Social Protection professor Bohdan Shunevych and professor of the Department of Humanitarian and Social Work associate professor Liudmyla Kryvachuk attended the University of Presov (Slovakia). The purpose of the visit was to participate in the International scientific conference and to develop international cooperation. Professor Bohdan Shunevych made a speech at the plenary session of the conference. The subject of the speech was «Concluding of branch dictionaries in Ukraine.

May 2 the employees of the University, cadets and students honoured by a minute of silence their colleagues who performing their professional duties, died at Hrybovytskyi landfill.
After the flag was lowered, university staff paid tribute to tragically killed colleagues with a moment of silence, which was accompanied by sirens of fire and special vehicles.
