Campus for project management and entrepreneurship

Head of the Department of Law and Management in the field of civil protection, Ph.D. Oksana Povstin took part in the Fourth Campus of the Development Program competency-based approach to teaching and learning work in projects and business activities. Campus topics were dedicated to the development of business skills and projects in courses of different directions and topics, as well as evaluation of students' project work.
The speakers of this year's Campus were:
• Alina Piddubna, certified project manager, trainer, consultant, Vice President of the Ukrainian Branch of PMI (Institute of Design US Management) with a speech on "Project Management: Necessary skills, structure and methodology"
• Nazar Podolchak, Doctor of Economics, Professor of the National University "Lviv Polytechnic ", head of Tech StartUp School with a speech on " Creation of innovative infrastructure and development of entrepreneurship Tech StartUp"
• Olena Sharova, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Business Administration and Management projects of STEP University with a speech on "Cross-cutting development project management skills throughout the educational program: an example of STEP University ".
Today's challenges, intensification of competition, variability of market environment require from market players the ability to respond quickly and effectively to these developments by implementing a variety of projects, and, accordingly, it depends on the quality of training successful managers of higher education institutions who are to be capable of managing such projects.
