The Foreign Language Courses are successfully completed this academic year

Throughout 2022-2023 academic year, the 2nd , 3rd,and 4th - year students and cadets of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Fire Safety and the Institute of Civil Defense as well as research and pedagogical staff have accomplished the Courses of Foreign Languages.

The preparation for taking Pearson Online Placement Test in order to obtain the B2 Certificate,recognized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, for
being granted the title of Associate Professor and Professor was
undergone by 45 persons, including officers as well as research and pedagogical
staff of Lviv State University of Life Safety, Ukrainian National Forestry University, Ivan
Franko National University of Lviv, private individuals and employees of territorial divisions of the SES of Ukraine.

In 2022-2023 academic year, the cadets and students who are aspiring to
study at Kingston University within the framework of the European Union student exchange programme Erasmus+ have succeeded in passing the Pearson Online Placement Test and received B2 Certificate, whichis an indispensable document for applying to participate in the selection procedure.

Within the reporting period, the course manager, Maria Ivanchenko, has organised and conducted 6 sessions of taking the Pearson Online Placement Test, developed by the experts from Pearson Publishing, the British publishing house, which meets the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

In total, the test has been taken by 38 persons who received B2 Certificates.
