The productive collaboration of 4 states started today at 8 o'clock in the morning. Forces, means of Latvia, Moldova, Poland and Ukraine worked at the venue. According to legends, the participants took part in the elimination of emergencies of such nature as: the spread of hazardous chemicals on the road, car accidents, fires on a 9-storey building, the elimination of unknown biological contamination and the elimination of the threat in the border area. The Commonwealth countries acted as one coordinated team, there was a significant upgrade compared to the first day, because the emergency response headquarters, observers, all and each of the participants took into account the minor shortcomings of the previous day. The main goal of the 3-day training was achieved: despite different countries, languages - rescuers, doctors, psychologists and other services had a unique opportunity to learn to act hand in hand, helping each other.
