Guarantors working meeting of 101 "Ecology"educational and scientific program was held at LSULS

On November 1, the guarantors of the educational and scientific programs of the specialty 101 "Ecology" of the leading institutions of higher education in the western region of Ukraine - Oleh Mandryk, Ph.D., professor, professor of the ecology department of the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas and Myroslav Maliovanyi, Ph.D., professor, head of the Department of Ecology and Balanced Nature Management of the Institute of Ecology, Nature Conservation and Tourism named after Vyacheslav Chornovil of the Lviv Polytechnic National University visited Lviv State University of Life Safety. Vasyl Popovych, Ph.D., professor, acting vice-rector for scientific research, guarantor of the educational and scientific program 101 "Ecology" of our University met the honoured guests. The scientists were shown the scientific and academic base of the Lviv State University of Life Safety, in particular the scientific research laboratory of environmental safety and the educational and scientific laboratory of environmental safety. During the meeting, the guarantors discussed the issue of improving the content of educational and scientific programs and directions of scientific research in the context of war impact on environmental security in the national and regional dimensions, as well as the possibility of further scientific cooperation in the security-oriented industry.
