LSULS representatives working visit to Dresden University of Technology (TUD) is accomplished

The representatives of the University Nazarii Burak and Orest Shopskyi have spent the week at Dresden University of Technology (TUD) (Technische Universität Dresden), Dresden, the Federal Republic of Germany. The purpose of the visit was initiation of prospective cooperation with the Institute of Systems Architecture and discussion of the educational mobility implementation perspectives for the students as well as research and teaching staff of the University.

Within the framework of the visit, the working meetings were held with the Head of the Chair of Systems Engineering, Prof., Dr. Christof Ferzer, and the Chair’s staff alike, the Head of the International Office, Peter Rosenbaum, and the Alumni Academy Representative in the field of consulting and research support for graduate students, Katharina Ulbrich. The discussion of the University graduate students’ prospective participation in international projects within higher educational establishments, Dresden University of Technology in particular.

Moreover, Nazarii Burak and Orest Shopskyi visited the annual presentation of students’ projects at the Faculty of Computer Science – “OUTPUT”, and the university-wide scientific event, the “Long Night of Science”(Dresdener Langer Nacht der Wissenschaften), where they familiarized with the current areas of research, conducted at different Faculties of Dresden University of Technology.
