Master's thesis defence in double degree program took place in Warsaw

As part of the cooperation between the Lviv State University of Life Safety and the Main School of Fire Service (Warsaw, Republic of Poland) on joint master's studies, regular defenses of master's theses were successfully held. Dmytro Ruzhytskyi and Marko Barbadyn, graduates of our university, presented their dissertations in English and Polish languages for consideration by a joint Polish-Ukrainian examination commission, which included Ivan Pasnak, Deputy Head of the Institute for Educational and Scientific Work of the Institute for Fire and Technogenic Safety.
This year, the meetings of the examination commission and the defense of master's theses are held remotely using modern tools for online video conferencing. As a result of successful defense of theses, graduates are awarded a master's degree and will soon receive European-style diplomas from the Main School of Fire Service of the Republic of Poland.
