Morning at LEMA headquarters: the next stage of training began

The second day of the EU-CHEM-REACT 2 International Exercise began summing up the results of the operational headquarters. Before continuing the work of international rescuers at LEMA (National Emergency Rescue Headquarters situation) a working meeting of staff with representatives from OSOCC-EU CPT (Operational Coordination Center of the Civil Mechanism EU protection) took place. Team leader of OSOCC-EU CPT Egberdina Braakhekke (Netherlands) together with technical expert OSOCC-EU CPT Timotei Dedu (Romania) provided brief information on the purpose, function and role of the OSOCC-EU CPT in emergency response.
