An online lecture with the participation of respected professors of the VSB Academy and officers of the State Fire Service of the Republic of Poland took place in LSULS

On April 27, Lviv State University of Life Safety hosted an online lecture with the participation of distinguished professors of the WSB Academy and officers of the State Fire Service of the Republic of Poland on the topic: "Współczesne wyzwania bezpieczeństwa" (Modern safety challenges) and fire and man-made safety, as well as research and teaching staff of the University. Online lectures were given by representatives of the Republic of Poland, namely: Prof., Dr. Hub. Bernard Vishnevsky; doctor hab., prof. Robert Socha; doctor, eng. Boguslaw Kohut; Dr. Robert Gvardinsky; doctor, eng. Tomasz Zwienglinski.
The lecture began with a minute of silence to honor the memory of Chernobyl disaster liquidators, and a speech by Prof. Dr. Hub. Bernard Vishnevsky, who expressed his condolences.
During the lectures the participants got acquainted with the following topics:
- "Uwarunkowania działań instytucji odpowiedzialnych za bezpeczeństwo wewnętrzne w warunkach pandemii" (Definition of the activities of institutions responsible for internal security in a pandemic);
- " Realizacja działań straży pożarnych w sytuacji pandemii " - (Implementation of fire protection in a pandemic);
- "Directions for the improvement of the activities of organized institutions responsible for internal security" (Directions for improving the activities of institutions responsible for internal security);
- "Praktyczne aspekty badań bezpieczeństwa powszechnego" (Practical aspects of public safety research);
- " Ocena innowacji z zakresu bezpieczeństwa powszechnego " (Assessment of innovations in the field of public safety).

Due to international cooperation with colleagues from the Republic of Poland, the participants of the lecture gained invaluable experience, which will be further applied in practical and scientific activities.
