Today a delegation from the University of Estonia visited our University with a working visit headed by the rector of Estonian Academy of security Sciences Marek Link. Together with the new head of the Academy The director of College of Fire Safety Hali Alias arrived at Lviv, as well as project team members Margus Kurwitz, Ando Pirso, Arno Pugonen. During a working meeting with the rector Professor Myroslav Koval there were concluded the results of the international project "Support to the Ukrainian Emergency Situations Service in establishment to the training system in the field of humanitarian demining " and discussed further prospects for international cooperation withinr the Eramus + program.
Later the guests of the University explored the material and technical base, and visited the LSULS training facility located in Zelena street. It should be noted that cooperation between two educational institutions began back in September 2016 on the conclusion of the Cooperation Agreement betweenLviv State University of Life Safety and Estonian Academy of Security Sciences.
As a result, officers The University visited the Center demining of the rescue department of the Republic of Estonia and Estonian Academy of Security Sciences, where they shared their experiences on application of theoretical and practical activities for development training courses and classes. During 2018 and 2019 academic mobility was carried out between schools within the Erasmus + program (7 mobility projects to Estonia and 4 mobility to Ukraine).
