Within the framework of the ERASMUS+ program, the semester training of students of Lviv State University of Life Safety majoring in 122 "Computer Science" and 263 "Civil Security" has been completed at the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences. According to Dmytro CHALYI, the project coordinator from Lviv State University of Life Safety and Civil Defense, acting rector, during the academic mobility, the students studied a number of professionally oriented courses and took various trainings. Students and cadets gained relevant knowledge and experience of NATO countries in organizing safe living conditions for civilians, establishing digital security, cyber hygiene during martial law, etc. In particular, students of the University had the opportunity to implement training projects in the disciplines of Cybercrime and Social Engineering on Social Media Platforms, Geoinformation in Civil Protection, UAV Operations, and more.
"By studying in another country, we tried out their system of education on ourselves, got acquainted with the subjects offered to us in English, learned about other cultures, improved our language skills and made new friends. "The benefits of the Erasmus+ Program go beyond that: it contributed to our personal development, we became more independent and self-sufficient," said Arsen Bereza, a cadet of the KN-31 group.
