VI International Scientific and Practical Conference "Information and communication technologies in modern education: experience, problems, prospects" finished

The VI International Scientific and Practical Conference "Information and communication technologies in modern education: experience, problems, prospects" has finished. Organizers of  the conference were: the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, Ivan Zyazyun  Institute of Pedagogical Education and Adult Education by NAPS of Ukraine, Institute of Information technologies and teaching aids of the NAPS of Ukraine, Institute of Vocational Education of the NAPS of Ukraine, Lviv State University of Life Safety and the Department of Education and Science of Lviv regional state administration.
The event was attended by academics and corresponding members of the NAPS of Ukraine, representatives from educational institutions, research institutions, public organizations of Ukraine, Poland, Great Britain, Canada, Bulgaria and Moldova. More than 80 people registered for the conference on Google forms, including 33 doctors and 26 candidates of science. More than 80 participants of the conference participated via zoom, representing more than 20 educational and research institutions. The final plenary session stressed the importance of the proposals set out in reports and speeches at plenary and sectional meetings. Despite the significant benefits, the use of information and communication technologies in education leads to a number of problems that have to be solved all the time. They are not only technical difficulties, related to hardware and software. Such problems include healthcare and psychological aspects of computer-oriented activities of educators and students, the need to maintain an appropriate level of cybersecurity, protection of personal data, etc.

Difficulties arising in the process of implementation and application of ICT stimulate the search and designing new techniques, methods and teaching aids, improving communication processes and outline the prospects for digitalization of the education sector, in particular, higher education, which are needed to be anticipated today and implemented in the near future.
05.11.2021 our colleagues in the framework of the VI International scientific-practical conference "Information and communication technologies in modern education: experience, problems, prospects" conducted seminars, workshops, master classes and training:
