Visit of the Finnish Institute of Hydrometeorology to the University

Finnish Institute of Hydrometeorology representatives visited Lviv State University of Life Safety. During the meeting, the prospects for the training of hydrometeorological service specialists on the basis of the university were discussed. The Finnish colleagues learned about the educational programme and were offered to review its adaptation to European requirements.

In return, the representatives of the Finnish Institute invited the university delegation to visit their institution to learn about the Finnish experience, competencies, material and technical equipment and software used in the training of hydrometeorological service specialists.

The delegation also had the opportunity to see the material and technical facilities of Lviv State University of Life Safety and discuss further cooperation.
