Approximately 1000 people visited Lviv State University of Life Safety during Welcome Day

 
Approximately 1000 young boys and girls with their parents visited Lviv State University of Life Safety and acquainted with conditions of entrance and studying. Roman Stasyo, Head of teacher resource centre, acquainted guest with history and traditions of educational institution, directions and specialties, studying conditions. Future university applicants were acquainted with educational and scientific base which satisfy all European educational standards. Besides during dynamic demonstration performances of fire-rescue units cadets showed elements of rescuers combat work, furthermore, cadets eliminated conditional emergency situation. After the performances guests were invited to taste «cadet’s kulish».
Lviv State University of Life Safety of SES of Ukraine is leading higher educational institution in Ukraine in the area of human safety which occupies high places in prestigious National ratings among Ukrainian higher educational institutions. The university is a member of European University Association that works in area of human safety and this year joined Magna Charta Universіtatum.

Educational and scientific base of university is one of the best is Ukraine. Educational audiences are equipped with special hardware and software complexes which provide interactivity and individual approach to studying, that involves application of different forms and methods of interaction between lecturer and student.
University scholars participate actively in designing and improving fire-rescue equipment and technology, give consultations during emergency recovery, participate actively in designing and introduction of nationwide and European mechanisms of warning and protection from different kind of danger. University specialists also make a major contribution in creation of legislative framework in Civil Defense sphere.
Cadets and qualified workers eliminate consequences of emergency situations and always are ready to perform any rescue operations in Ukraine and another country. The university has a huge European experience due to tight collaboration with fire-rescue services and related educational institutions of The European Union. Cadets undertake an internship in Poland, France, Russia and other countries.
