To defend country and its citizens from fires and emergency situations has always been noble path which is chosen only by brave, strong in spirit and selfless people.
 
Thank you sincerely for your high professionalism, courage, conscientious official duty performance, efficiency and constant helpfulness.
 
Especially, I want to congratulate our colleagues from Donetsk and Lugansk regions, who perform official duty in antiterrorist operation region under the conditions of combat operations endangering their lives. Also, I express my gratitude to everyone who has been restoring liberated cities of Donbas: demining territories, restoring infrastructure and extending a helping hand to the needy.
 
I take pride in our heroes who are not indifferent to other people’s misfortune and are always willing to help not only in words but also in deeds.
 
I am sure that loyalty of oath, honor and fiduciary matter multiplied on knowledge and experience will be directed to perform tasks formulated by the present.
