SES of Ukraine Enhances Professional Recruitment to Improve Performance

SES of Ukraine seeks intelligent, enthusiastic young professionals with glowing eyes who love their country and its people ", - said Head of Service.
He noted that the main task now is to form a team of prospective, European-minded employees who a can solve the problems rationally, implement advanced technologies in the field of civil protection, continuously improve their skills and encourage others to do so.
"We should hire diligent, professional and dedicated people. We should give a chance to our young professionals, graduates to express themselves, because we understand that the nowadays generation lives by completely different rules and thinks very differently. Therefore we have to implement new teaching methods and techniques in order to satisfy their changing needs "- said Sergiy Bochkovskyi.
He also noted that SES of Ukraine has developed the relevant provisions and psychophysiological methods of professional recruitment. Such psychophysiological examination will determine the level of development of such qualities as attention, memory, resistance to stress, orientation in space, responsiveness and so on.
"The test results provide preliminary conclusions on compliance of personal qualities, skills and abilities of man and his professional duties. Examination is individual i.e. in line with professional requirements for specific direction or profession. Based on the physiological and medical data central medical expert commission makes a final conclusion and certifies the candidate or employee for further professional work"- said Sergiy Bochkovskyi.
