The University conducted a cycle of courses called "rescue swimmer"
The Institute of Technological Safety and Firefighting Department together with the third year cadets that training in the field of "Fire Safety" held series of lessons courses on "rescue swimmer".
The aim of the training of swimmers Rescue is gaining specialized knowledge and practical skills to perform tasks for the protection of people's lives in water, conducting rescue and provide first emergency medical care to persons who are in dangerous condition.
Theoretical training was conducted as lectures at the LSU LS. Practical training was held at the Central diving rescue service of the Lviv region (p. Navariya Nova, Lviv region) in the form of practical work (exercises, training in the workplace using rescue equipment, special equipment and equipment that is used to rescue posts).
Students received documents prescribed form for the purpose of completing the course in the direction of "rescue swimmer".
