On behalf of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine sincerely congratulate you on the completion of education and receipt of initial officer rank.

Not so long ago you have taken the first important step in his life, choosing this school, and now you are leaving it and joining welcoming and dedicated staff of SES of Ukraine.

I am convinced that a new page, which starts tomorrow, will lead you to a new level of independent life and received the University of Knowledge will be a solid foundation for becoming successful rescue professionals.

You will have to carry out your duties in a very difficult time for the state and provide a high level of protection of population from natural and man-made emergency situations. Appreciate and respect your teachers, educators and caregivers, whose efforts tempered your future professional skill.

I express my gratitude to the teaching staff and for their dedicated and fruitful work, warm thanks to parents for helping graduates in training and education.

On this festive day I wish you all a peaceful sky over your head, good health, family comfort, well-being, happy way of life and new achievements in the noble cause of serving the Ukrainian people!
