North African countries expressed their interest in training scientific staff at the Lviv State University of Life Safety

​On June 26 Lviv State University of life safety was visited by representatives of the Embassy of Libya in Ukraine - Cultural Attache Mohamed Al Nazhah and Curator of Education Belhasem Mohamed. 

They met with the first vice-rector of the University Myroslav Koval and discussed issues of cooperation between the institution and Libya in the area of ​​safety, exchange of experience on prevention and emergency response, training of scientific personnel, cultural and educational exchanges.   

In particular, Myroslav Koval spoke about the research areas of the University, international relations, as well as the conditions and the system of training specialists in life safety. Distinguished guests were familiarized with educational and research base of the university.

They were impressed by modern means of education and expressed interest in cooperation in training of scientific personnel to Libya and Jordan at the Lviv State University of life safety.

"Your university has great scientific potential and occupies a prominent place in the European security mechanism. This indicates your acceptance in Europe. You prepare people who risk their lives for the sake of others. We are interested in working with you, we need identify the potential directions of this cooperation that will benefit our countries "- said at the meeting Nazhah Mohamed.
