The Cadets of the University Did the Fire-Preventive Work in Lviv Opera House

​The cadets of the Lviv State University of Life Safety monitored fire and technogenic safety in Lviv National Academic Opera and Ballet theatre of S. Krushelnytska. Thus the cadets are taught how to make a state control in the sphere of fire and technogenic safety on finding out and prevention of breaking demands of the laws by economic entities. The practical lesson was organized by the department of the law and management in the sphere of civil defense. The future rescuers learned the peculiarities of planning and using of cultural establishment, main decisions aimed at localization of fire, its extinguishing and evacuation of people.
The professor of the department of law and management in the field of civil protection Oleg Miller said that economic entities where emergencies (fires) can occur must be under fire emergency services on contractual basis which were certified in prescribed order. Fire emergency service provides prevention of emergencies, localization and elimination of the results of emergencies (fires). To comply Art.133 of Civil Defense code SSES in Ukraine plans to intensify the control of the places of mass attendance of people.
