Your work is one of the most dangerous and honorable as only brave and faithful people can fight against hazards.  In these difficult times for our country you are the first whose help is required where the accidents and catastrophes happen, fires put out, on the obstruction of the destroyed buildings and on the flooded territories.

I thank all staff of State Service of Emergency Situation of Ukraine for rescued lives, material and cultural values of our country.
