Freshman-Commanders were Handed Junior Sergeant Insignia

October 13 at the University the first-year cadets who are acting as junior officers (deputy platoon commander and commanders of branches) were presented junior sergeant insignia by the vice-rector of the University Ivan Movchan. The event was attended by the institute directors and their deputies, the Chairman of the Veterans, the Museum Director Andrii Kharchuk.
