The Department of Practical Psychology and Pedagogy Held a Training "Staff Consolidation"

​On October 13 there was a training of students for achieving good interpersonal relations, development of group cohesion, group interaction, creating a pleasant atmosphere and setting the optimal level of team psychological compatibility.
Training "Team cohesion" reveals the characteristics of interpersonal relationships in the team, unity of values, and unity of purpose within the grounds of joint activity. Friendly contacts during the work and after it, cooperation and mutual assistance form a good socio-psychological climate.
Overall aim is to achieve good interpersonal relations (specific formal and informal institutional relations in the team and the ratio between them) of a democratic level in the team, optimum level of team psychological compatibility.
The training was conducted by I. Hnatyshyn associate professor of practical psychology and pedagogy Ph.D., who used various psycho techniques and exercises.
