Open Day at Lviv University DSNS Confirmed the Increase of Prestige and Credibility of Rescuers (VIDEO)

In Lviv State University of Life Safety Open Day was held. Applicants came with their parents, read the terms of entering and studying. The university was also visited by students of the Carpathian military and sports Lyceum and Volyn military school with intensive military and physical training.
The vice-rector Yurii Pavluik, together with the heads of institutions told future entrants about directions and specialties of the educational establishment. The guests were told about terms and conditions of entering in 2016.
Guests of the institution were showed educational and scientific base. The highlight of the event was the demonstration of fire-rescue vehicles and a demonstration of rescuers’ work in action.  The guests had also an opportunity to listen to brass band of the university.
According to the spokesman of the institution Anton Kruk, the event confirmed the growing interest of young people to the rescuer profession: "In today's difficult conditions of society needs protection and security. State Emergency Service of Ukraine has the highest level of trust in society; young people want to get an education that will ensure the safety of people. Lviv State University of Life Safety has a strong educational and scientific base, a significant European experience of training professionals in the future will be a reliable protection of life and health of citizens. "
