The University Held a Meeting of Interdepartmental Scientific-Methodological Seminar of the Institute of Psychology and Social Defence

November 18, the university held a meeting of interdepartmental scientific-methodological seminar of the Institute of Psychology and Social Defence, which was attended by teachers of the department of humanities and social work, the students of 3rd year speciality "Social work" and 4th year "Practical Psychology." Everyone listened with great attention to the report of the 1 category expert in social work of Lviv center of social services for families, children and youth R.Kashymirovyi dedicated to the problems of domestic violence and methods of work with families. The report was accompanied by a slide show and excerpts from films that were an illustration of this problem. Active discussions including students, shows the relevance of the raised issues. The second report was delivered by the senior lecturer of the department of Humanities and Social Work Ph.D. V. Baliabas, "Effect of foreign internships and grants for the activities of the young scientist". It was a detailed story of the formation of documents for participation in research programs, as well as the structure of training and its benefits for young scientists. This report was also accompanied by a multimedia presentation.
