The University held a Scientific Workshop on "Theory and Practice of State Supervision in the Field of Fire and Technological Safety"

December 17, 2015 it was held scientific seminar of Institute of Fire and Technical Safety on "Theory and practice of state supervision in the field of fire and technological safety." The seminar was organized by the departments of monitoring and prevention activities" and "Rights and management in the sphere of civil protection."
The scientific seminar was attended by Deputy Chief of Fire Prevention Office of the National Assembly of State department of SSES of Ukraine in Lviv region, Lieutenant of civil protection I.Brehin, PhD Professor M. Semerak, the head of the Institute of fire and technological safety A. Lyn, the Deputy Chief of Fire and Technical Safety department R.Parkhomenko, the deputy head of the Institute of Civil Protection O. Menshykova, the Head of the Department A. Bashynskyi, the Head of the department O. Povstyn and scientific-pedagogical staff of the departments.
During the seminar there were given basic directions of the concept of reforming the regulatory framework of state supervision in the field of fire, technological security, civil defence and characteristics of State Supervision of economic activities.
The participants actively discussed topical issues of state supervision in the sphere of fire, technological safety. At the seminar the participants were given an opportunity to listen to the suggestions of practitioners at the creation of teaching curriculum of the departments.
