The University published New Textbooks

The employees of the University issued new textbooks, such as:
  Y. Demianchuk German-Ukrainian Fire Technical Dictionary - Lviv: LDU LS, 2015.-320p.

"Ukrainian-German fire-technical dictionary" provides scientific and technical terminology on the following topics: combustion and explosion, oxidation and thermal decomposition, extinguishing compounds, fire water, fire, machinery and tools, fire clothing and equipment, fire tactics and firefighting, fire hazard substances and materials.
The dictionary is designed for cadets, students, advanced student in military academies of fire-technical direction and employees of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

A manual is created for cadets and students of higher educational institutions of technical fire direction. It may be useful to experts of SES of Ukraine units and organizations and businesses that use personal respiratory protection.
  V. Balytska, L. Yarytska Physics. Molecular Physics. Tests for cadets and students: Textbook. Lviv: LDU LS, 2015. - 274 p.

The manual tests described in the section "Molecular physics and thermodynamics." The course material is distributed into questions and tasks evenly, allowing focus on specific issues and easily separate them by type of control in the educational process in accordance with the selected criteria.
All tasks are divided into three levels in increasing complexity. At the end of each chapter there are answers to the challenges of all levels of this section. All the tasks of the third level include detailed solutions and explanations. The content of the manual allows teachers without methodological difficulties to control ongoing and module knowledge, and cadets and students can exercise self-knowledge.
The manual is intended for cadets and students of Lviv State University of Life Safety; it can be beneficial to cadets and other students of higher technical education.
