Associate Professor of the University won the Academic Program of the US Government at the University of Maryland

Associate Professor of the department of Technical Translation, Institute of Psychology and Social Protection of the Lviv State University of Life Safety Drobit Iryna won the Fulbright Academic Exchange Programs. She received US Government scholarship for research internship at the University of Maryland (University of Maryland, College Park, MD, USA) in the period from 15 August 2016 to 21 May 2017.
Academic training will take place within the framework of scientific and pedagogical personnel development (Fulbright Faculty Development Program), which specializes in the teaching and administration of learning process of humanitarian, social, exact, technical and natural sciences. Iryna Drobit will study management experience of Bachelor and Master Programs within translation available in the University of Maryland.
The Fulbright Program, funded by the US Government, holds a prominent place in the international education. It is based on the idea of ​​cooperation and mutual understanding and successful working since 1946 in 155 countries. During the existence of the Program in Ukraine 900 Ukrainians studied, interned and conducted research in the US. More than 530 American specialists taught in Ukrainian universities and worked in research institutions.
