The minimum pay of fire-fighters will increase from 3000 to 5000 UAH

On December, 21 Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved the State Budget for 2017. According to it the minimum pay of SES personnel will increase from 3000 to 5000 UAH. In addition, amount of money intended to purchase fire-rescue equipment will increase to 600 mln. UAH. (in 2015 - 200 mln. UAH., in 2016 - 450 mln. UAH). This is the first very important step to reform the SES system.
