The 70th anniversary of Lviv State University of Life Safety will be celebrated at the state level

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Resolution "On the celebration of memorable dates and anniversaries in 2017". The list of public celebrations includes the 70th anniversary of Lviv State University of Life Safety, which is one of the leading Ukrainian and European institutions in the field of civil defense.

Taking into account development and strengthening of education in the field of human security, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has decided to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Lviv State University of Life Safety at the state level in October 2017.

Lviv State University of Life Safety is a leading higher educational institution of Ukraine in the sphere of human safety. University is a member of European Fire Service Colleges Association (EFSCA), an organization which deals with human safety.
