Graduation ceremony at Vinnytsya Higher Vocational College

On  March 5 cadets' and students' graduation took place at Higher Vocational College (Vinnytsya) of LSU LS. 146 graduates finished two and a half years professional rescuer learning period. Yuriy Rys, , Ruslan Shevchuk - the Head of the Main Department of SES of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region,  Sergei Tymoshchuk - the city mayor deputy, First vice-rector of LSU LS o Myroslav Koval, Head of the Civil Defense Lyceum Mykhailo Klym`yuk, representatives of local government, veterans, parents and relatives of graduates took part in the celebration. Celebration began with the introduction of the flag and the State Anthem of Ukraine. Then honored guests held graduation ceremony. The best students were awarded with the watches from the Head of State Emergency Service of Ukraine Mykola Chechetkin. The event was open to all invited. A new Computer class was  represented during the ceremony. At the end of the event graduates passed in review with traditional throwing coins up to the sky in order to attract the luck.
