Days of Civil Protection at schools of Shevchenkivskyi and Sykhiv districts

As part of the "Days of Civil Protection" representatives of Lviv State University of Life Safety prepared and performed a series of training and familiarization activities in secondary schools of Shevchenkivskyi and Sykhiv districts. During the theoretical part of the training Associate Professor Vasyl Popovych made a speech to the principals of the schools. His  report  was "The level of eco-hazards in Lviv".After that cadets of the University under the leadership of Colonel Mykhailo Nahirnyak and major Roman Veselivskyi participated in the workshop of schools' headmasters at "Sykhivska"  gymnasium. The cadets held demonstration sessions on first aid, personal protective equipment, showed how to use  the equipment, told about the rules of behavior on the waterbodies. After the open classes pupils of the gymnasium trained how to evacuate during a fire.
