XII International Scientific Conference of Young Scientists, Cadets and Students “Problems and Prospects of Life Safety Development" . General review

On March 23-24 XII International Scientific Conference of Young Scientists, Cadets and Students “Problems and Prospects of Life Safety Development" took place at Lviv State University of Life Safety. It was opened by the vice-rector for research Colonel Taras Rak. The conference involved 135 young scientists, cadets and students, and more than 35 representatives of teaching staff of the University and other educational institutions. Overall, the conference representatives of 10 institutions took part in it.

115 people presented their scientific results  on sessions, devoted to such problems:

– fire and technological safety,

– organizational and legal aspects of life safety,

– organization of fire-fighting and rescue work,

– environmental aspects of life safety,

– information technologies,

– manufacturing safety,

– industrial health and safety,

– projects and programs management.

Such measures need further development and promotion. Scientists and experts of different profiles have to unite the efforts for solve existing problems of life safety.
