The 30-th International Competitions on Fire and Applied Sport Devoted to Chornobyl Heroes at Lviv State University of Life Safety

Between May 24 and May 26 The 30-th International Competitions on Fire and Applied Sport Devoted to Chornobyl Heroes took place at Lviv State University of Life Safety. Such an important evetn was attended by many guests: the Head of SES of Ukraine Mykola Chechotkin, the President of the Fire-Applied Sports Federation of kraine Hryhoriy Reva, Deputy Head of Lviv Regional State Administration Iryna Grymak, Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyy, the management of territorial units of SES of Ukraine, veterans of fire-fighting, representatives of international delegations. 11 teams (more than 70 athletes) representing Bulgaria, Moldova, Turkey, Estonia Ukraine (our country was represented by 7 teams: from Volyn, Lviv and Kyiv regions,  Lviv State University of Life Safety, National University of Civil Defense of Ukraine, Cherkassy Institute of Fire Safety and Ukraine national team) took part is the competitions.

The results of the competitions are as follows^

1-st place - National team of Ukraine on fire and applied sport

2-nd place - the team of Kyiv

3-rd place - the team of Volyn region.

It is necessary to note that team representing  Lviv State University of Life Safety set a new record of Ukraine in military deployment (26.67 sec).
