On January 21, in the General Directorate of European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations there was a meeting in the framework of the EU-CHEM-REC 2 project, where Oleksandr Svyatkevich, the head of the International Cooperation Department, took part as a representative of our University. In the event also took part the representatives of the consortium, who do the implementation of the project. Its aim is to increase high quality of professional reacting is on emergencies in the framework of the European Civil Protection.
This should be done by means of practical and theoretical exercises for providing of readiness of reacting on emergencies at national level, and also to exchange this experience with other countries.The International consortium in the framework of the project EU-CHEM-REC 2 was founded by the International Center of Chemical Defence and Safety. Here belong Belorus, Czech, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine and Moldova.
