COOPERATION BETWEEN KINSTSON UNIVERSITY AND LVIV STATE UNIVERSITY OF LIFE SAFETY CONTINUES WITHIN ERASMUS + PROGRAM

The delegation of the University consisting of a senior lecturer of the Department of Ecological Safety Stepova K. and a teacher of the Department of Civil Protection and Computer Modeling of Ecogeophysical Processes
Havrys A. are visiting the ERASMUS + program at Kingston University in London.
During the visit, it is planned to give lectures, have seminars and practical classes on the following topics: "Using GIS technologies to prevent emergencies situations "," Reduction of emergency risk in natural habitat (on
the example of Ukraine) "," Natural hazards: scientific principles and processes "," Microwave-modified concrete as adsorbents of heavy metals from wastewater". Classes are conducted in English.
Besides, there are scheduled working meetings with Dr. David Kidd, Dr. Tracey Coates and Dr. Alan Flowers on the forthcoming planned scientific and pedagogical visits of the University staff to London and the presentation of a new project on academic mobility between universities.
