Postgraduate and postdoctoral studies
The main purpose of postgraduate and postdoctoral studies is to develop and enhance independent and collaborative research. Experts of the Lviv State University of Life Safety provide guidance to postgraduate students and postdoctoral researchers throughout their research until completion of their theses.
Research at a postgraduate level is carried in the fields of high priority for fire safety and civil protection domains:

- 101 – Environmental Safety,
- 122 – Computer Sciences and Informational Technologies,
- 073 – Management,
- 015 – Vocational Education.
Postdoctoral research at the LSU LS is the next step in purse of a career in academia, research, or any other fields. It is carried in the fields of:
- 21.06.02 – Fire safety,
- 05.13.22 – Project and Program Management.
