Гості університету

On the 23rd of October it was held a meeting among teaching stuff of Foreign language department (Lviv State University of Life Safety) and students dedicated to improve teaching and learning strategies on the basis of Pearson Dinternal Education Centre products represented by Svitlana Maletych. Svitlana Maletych shared not only useful teaching and examination tricks, but also presented new products of Pearson Publishing, particularly «Business Partner», 2018 as a great key to learn soft business strategies.

University delegation composed the chairman of civil protection and computer eko- geographical modeling processes department, PhD professor Starodub Y.P. ,the chairman of environmental safety department, PhD, associate professor Karabyn V.V. and adjunct Gavrysa A.P. ERASMUS + program participants at Kingston University of London in the UK completed the first phase of the program.

On March 18, visual aid room to mark 202 anniversary of Taras Shevcheko’s birth took place at LSU LS. This event was organized by the Department of Ukrainian Studies. Nadiia Slobodianyk, 2^nd year cadet of the Institute of civil defense presented a report «The reception of Taras Shevchenko in Ukrainian movies of ХХІ century». Visual aid room participants and lecturers discussed the significance of Shevchenko for contemporary Ukraine and his presence in different types of art.

In the frame of the program of the British Council "Internationalization of Higher Education" Lviv State University of Life Safety received a two-year grant to develop a partnership with Kingston University (London, UK) for the implementation of measures of mobility and partnerships between higher education institutions in Ukraine and the UK.
So from April 2016 to April 2018 a project cooperation will be held, the main task is defined:
