On December, 5 the final part of the mini-football contest between University departments came to the end. 

Total results:

 

1st place – Educational and Scientific Institute of Fire and Technogenic Safety (5th and 6th year of study);

2nd place - Educational and Scientific Institute of Civil Defense (3rd year of study);

3rd place - Educational and Scientific Institute of Fire and Technogenic Safety (3rd year of study);

On April 2, 2015, the track-and-field events took place in a riding hall with a cycle race track at Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.

According to the results the winners were announced:

6th - FS-4
7th - CD-3
8th - CD-4
9th - CD-5
10th - FL and SC

Individual competition:

Cadet Andriy Suprunyuk wins universal battle championship of Ukraine

   The universal battle Championship of Ukraine among juniors (18-20 years), men and women (light sections and classics) was held on May 19-24 in Brovary. All in all more than one hundred eighty athletes fought for victory.
 

A first-year student Olha Komarnytska became Ukrainain karate champion

​February 15-16, 2014 in Lutsk, Ukrainian Championship of traditional and contact karate took place.
A first-year student Olha Komarnytska who is studying at our University in "Philology (English-Ukrainian translation)" participated in the competition. She won the gold medal and become the champion of Ukraine in karate-do (IKA) section kata, women 18 +.

"The athletic games" were held at Lviv State University of Life Safety

  The "Athletic games" at the University on December 8, 2013 were held between the teams oftraining units of the first and third year cadets of the Firefighting and  Industrial Safety Institute, Humanities Department and Institute of Civil Defence.

 
 

The cadet Dmytro Vorobey won silver at the World Championship of kettlebell lifting

​ During November 20-24, 2013 in Tyumen city (Russia) the World Championship of kettlebell lifting was held. Ukrainian team won second place on the podium of the competition. Dmytro Vorobey, a master of second year study of the Institute of Firefighting and Industrial Safety of Lviv State University of Life Safety, successfully took on a competition as a part of our team. 

A cadet of Lviv State University of Life Safety became the world’s champion of kickboxing

​Serhiy Shynkarchuk, a fifth-year student of Lviv State University of Life Safety, won the golden medal at the KickboxinWorld’s Cup in g from the version of WKF.

Курсант Львівського державного університету безпеки життєдіяльності став срібним призером Чемпіонату світу

     11-18 квітня, в м. Ташкент Республіка Узбекистан, проходив Чемпіонат світу з гирьового спорту. Україну на ньому представляв курсант Львівського державного університету безпеки життєдіяльності  Дмитро Воробей. За результатами змагань, майбутній рятувальник посів друге місце у ваговій категорії до 75 кг. Тренує курсанта викладач кафедри спеціально-рятувальної підготовки та фізичного виховання, майстер спорту, чемпіон світу з гирьового спорту Михайло Домінюк.
