Human resources department

The personnel department is an independent structural unit of the Lviv State University of Life Safety (hereinafter referred to as LSU LS).
The department is subordinate to the Rector of the University, on issues of work with the personnel of LSU LS - the Vice-Rector of the University on human resources.
According to the Staff Regulations, the main tasks of the Division are:
ensuring the Rector's exercise of his / her authority to manage the activities of the LSU LS;
implementation of a common organization of implementation of integrated personnel policy and coordination of activities of all structural units;
preparation of proposals for optimization of the organizational structure of the educational institution;
meeting the need for skilled personnel and their effective use;
compliance with the requirements of labor law;
providing documentary registration of entry into the civil protection service, its passage, termination and employment relations;
selection of personnel (personnel) of LSU LS;
In the process of fulfilling its tasks, the personnel department cooperates with the Department of Personnel of the SES of Ukraine, institutes, other departments, sectors of the University, units on work with the personnel of the State Administration (S) of SES of Ukraine in the regions, in order to create the conditions for carrying out consistent and coordinated activity on terms , the frequency of receipt and transmission of information and the approval of documents necessary to ensure the proper completion of tasks and the implementation of planned activities.
