Service Organization department

High-quality service organization of the university staff is one of the priority areas of activity of the department of service organization, which is a structural unit of Lviv State University of Life Safety. In its activities, the department is guided by the main normative documents: the Constitution of Ukraine, Laws of Ukraine, Decrees and decrees of the President of Ukraine, decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, normative acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, State Emergency Service of Ukraine, decrees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The main tasks of the department are: - control over the state of observance of internal order and official discipline; - organization and maintenance of the access regime; - control over the storage of weapons, ammunition, special equipment and their issuance and return; - Checking the state of readiness of the personnel of the LSU LS to act on signals of combat alert; - organization of mobilization work and civil protection measures; - management of the work of the University's daily meetings; - protection of the administrative buildings of the University; - control over the implementation of the daily routine by the staff of the University; - control over the fulfillment of the requirements of the statutes, observance of the rules of wearing uniforms by the staff, cadets and students of the University, conducting drill inspections; - Developing and submitting proposals to the LSU LS management regarding the improvement of facility protection, mobilization work and civil protection, the report of the Rectorate on the implementation of these measures; - organization of patrolling the territory, checking fire safety and sanitary status; - organization of celebrations at the university and preparation for participation of staff in city-wide celebrations.
