Department of Information Technology and Technical Protection of Information
The department of information technologies and technical protection of information is a structural unit of the educational and methodological center of the university.
It is intended for the formation and implementation of the state policy on creation, implementation, operation and modernization of information infrastructure of Lviv State University of Life Safety through the widespread use of information and communication technologies.

The main tasks of the department:
- improving the efficiency of use and provision of comprehensive information security systems;
- automation of information processing by directions of activity of SES of Ukraine;
- technical support;
- cybersecurity and cybersecurity;
- work with server software and telecommunication systems.
